All our courses are delivered online. You can take our courses from your home, workplace or pretty much from anywhere. Our online training is as good as in-person training. It is interactive, hands-on and delivered by live and experienced instructors. We do not train using pre-recorded videos.

All our training is delivered on Windows PC platform. We do not recommend our course to MAC users unless they are also proficient with Windows to figure out the differences in the user interface. In the class, only Windows commands are practiced.

All our courses on this website have their prices displayed next to the respective course icons. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, if applicable, are added later in the shopping cart.

When you click on a course of your interest, you will be taken to the course registration page. A drop-down next to the course price will display all the available dates. There are separate dates for the Pacific and Eastern Time zones. You can explore both.

Courses are one day long (9AM-to-5PM). For the convenience of west coast attendees, we have courses starting at 9AM Pacific Time and for those on the east coast, 9AM Eastern Time.

Please click on the course of your choice. Make further selection regarding the class start time and the course date on the product page and add to the shopping cart. At the checkout, make sure you enter the name of the course attendee, their email address and cellphone number before making the payment.

No. All our training is delivered in a class setting.

For a large group, we are happy to schedule a class covering any of our courses on a date of your choice. In a private class, attendees from the public are not allowed.

One-day format courses are NOT slow-paced. They happen to be intensive and medium-to-fast-paced, since a lot of content must be covered in a short time frame. However, our courses come with a course manual and custom-made course files. These are great resources for consolidating and refreshing the classroom learning later.

No, we do not. All our courses are on weekdays. However, you have the choice of taking a course that starts at 9AM Eastern Time or 9AM Pacific Time, if that helps.

On our website, we accept most major credit cards.
With prior arrangement, we also accept payment via Bank Transfer, Interac e-Transfer and a cheque when couriered.
